Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock at the time the order is received, we will inform you of this and provide you the option of cancelling the order or accepting delivery of the order as soon as the product is available.
Products bought from the Mountain Peak website cannot be returned unless they have a defect or arrive damaged. In this case you are requested to contact us on line at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of the defect or damage within five (5) days of receipt of the product by you. Upon receipt by us of the defective or damaged product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Any claims for non-delivery of an item must be made to us within one (1) month of the date of placement of the order. These claims may be made to us online at email@example.com. Please quote the order reference number and the details of the order if making a claim.
