Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
Where payment is made by Credit Card or Debit Card, will be permitted up to 7 days from the date of placement of an order without incurring a cost.
Cancellations after this period will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Where payment is made by Net Banking, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.
Orders placed using VPP, Money Order, Business Cheque, or Demand Draft will not incur a cancellation fee.
In all cases where cancellation is requested, you are requested to provide us with details of the order.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed by us within five (5) working days of receipt of advice from you excluding weekends and holidays.
If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock at the time the order is received, we will inform you of this and provide you the option of canceling the order or accepting delivery of the order as soon as the product is available.
Products bought from the Mountain Peak website cannot be returned unless they have a defect or arrive damaged.
In this case, you are requested to contact us online at email@example.com to advise us of the defect or damage within five (5) days of receipt of the product by you. Upon receipt by us of the defective or damaged product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Any claims for non-delivery of an item must be made to us within one (1) month of the date of placement of the order. These claims may be made to us online at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote the order reference number and the details of the order if making a claim.
