The Horse and His Boy is a novel for children by C.S. Lewis. Bree and Shasta are both motivated by a deep longing to find their way to the place that is ultimately their true homeland. Aslan, the Lion King, reveals himself to be the one who was ordering events and protecting characters. This story is told in the fictional world of Narnia.
